05.52hrs 6th Feb. Server has been restored. Please report any functionality issues.
The system migration program to new servers will be accelerated in order to seek to avoid any extended future outages from network issues.

The service outage has been traced to servers based in the US State of Texas. These servers were part of a planned phase out and managed move to AWS.
This process is being accelerated and a review of progress will be made at 09.00hrs 6th Feb.
