An Impressive Range of IT tools

Our IT tools ensure seamless processes. Our teams have developed stock management (iStock), packing (iPack) and tracking (Logicon) systems to manage storage, retrieval and packing of back issue orders, promotional product distribution, merchandise requests and e-commerce feeds.  Our clients are able to view activity and manage all the associated requirements – exception reports, low stock and returned stock items.

Working with leading independent operators, sharing networks and software platforms enables us to provide a complete suite of connected services including cloud-based parcel distribution and ecommerce tracking platforms.  Our relationships with tuvi Logistics, Logicon Systems and ParcelABC mean that we are able to connect with multiple parcel and courier partners ensuring the most flexible, swiftest and most effective ecommerce order delivery and tracking and the best possible rates for our customers.  We continue to innovate and explore, currently we are testing a postal smart-code – MagicSys – which will add the missing link between off-line and on-line communications.
