Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sales will take place on Friday 27th and Monday 30th November.

There is planned network increase of 25-40% in parcel volumes to some destinations. Whilst the depots, linehaul and transit networks are prepared we still expect end (last-mile) delivery vehicles to reach over-capacity to many of the more popular zip codes in the UK and Europe.

Delivery delays can be expected across these areas with possible extended transit times of one or more days.

We strongly recommend that all consignees include a local contact telephone number and an active email address. Service updates, contact points and delivery windows are increasingly to be issued by email. These consignee data requirements we recommend are mandatory at time of order.

We trust the e-tail and consumer experience will be a happy one in advance of the seasonal ‘crush’ in December.

Best wishes for the Festive Season.

Press tariffs, bulk mail and pre-sorted tariffs remain unchanged. Thank you.
