Undeliverable and Redirect Services
IMX’s handling facilities in London, Paris, Milan and Malaga each receive and sort items returned to IMX requiring redirection to the sender or alternatively for redirection to an alternate address. Additional centres are located in Dublin, Viersen, Lisbon and New York.
This customer service is an additional service and for most customers is free of charge. Customers wishing to avoid the burden of lost sales through incorrectly addressed mail pieces are requested to review our preparation and ancillary services section.
Undeliverable items will be returned to the sender either intact or disposed of as instructed by the customer and as environmentally acceptable.
